I love walking alongside women in midlife and supporting them in being who they most desire to be. Midlife is a time where our childhood wounds may resurface. Even though it can be painful, this allows us to heal the wounds of our past, and create a more fulfilling second half of our life. These wounds can be triggered by changes in life such as divorce, death, children leaving home etc. This can be a time to heal yourself and while doing so, you may also be healing your relationships.
