Our therapists hold a master's degree in psychology or social work and are licensed to provide psychotherapy, specializing in a variety of mental health related issues. We have experience treating the adult, child/adolescent, and geriatric populations and integrate various approaches to therapy including CBT, EMDR, DBT, MI, etc.

We specialize in various struggles: trauma, anxiety, depression and incorporate psychoeducation on physical, nutritional, financial wellness and the impact on mental health into therapy sessions. We meet clients where they are at currently with their mental health struggles and breathwork, yoga, and meditation are integrated into sessions when appropriate.
