I am a Northwestern University trained psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience using proven methodologies to help people begin to live healthier, more satisfying lives. I am the lead counselor and supervisor of my group practice, Simply Counseling, LLC. I help individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. Please reach out with any questions and I’m happy to help.
I specialize in treating issues related to anxiety and depression, stress reduction, work/life balance, couples issues, fertility, IVF treatment, chronic illness and grief & loss. CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy), as well as meditation and relaxation training are offered. I have additional training in art therapy and marriage counseling. I’m yoga certified
