Affectionately known as The Angry Boy Whisperer. I enjoy spending half of my time helping families in conflict. Often parents have tried everything and things have gotten bad despite their best efforts. I help parents change the course of the family back to their original family vision, and I help children learn how to be respectful, responsible, and fun to be around. The other half of my time, I enjoy helping guys who have a hard time with depression, anxiety, various types of addiction (pornography/substances), and difficulties in relationships. I help men, of all ages, become men of character and honor. I help people de-stress.

In addition to talk therapy, I utilize equipment designed to provide concrete changes in mental/emotional health. I work with my clients to track success and change, to take the guesswork out of therapy. I do this through Symptom tracking emails, Biofeedback and Neurofeedback. Biofeedback gives real time emotional calming. Neurofeedback focuses on the brain.

I provide relational enrichment through dance with one of Portland's best professional dance instructors. I explore strengths and growing edges, with you and your partner, through through the relational metaphor of dance. Through these workshops you will grow closer together and learn how to swing dance!
