I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to disrupt unhealthy family dynamics that have left them struggling to set boundaries, say no, or to put themself first. My clients are often cycle-breakers, looking to find a new path forward where their voice and needs are heard and respected. Together, we celebrate what is already going well, expand upon those strengths, and unlearn ways of thinking that may be holding them back. I believe it's never too late to make the changes you wish to make, and there is hope for all my clients, even when they feel hopeless. I am grateful to be part of your journey.
My practice is safe and inclusive so clients can focus on building their coping skills for daily stressors, and reflect on patterns of thinking that are no longer serving them (CBT). My clients feel seen for the unique person they are, validated in their feelings and experiences, and supported as they take on the brave task of change.
