If you are going through a tough time, feeling overwhelmed with new or ongoing challenges, feeling anxious, depressed and/or hopeless, I may be able to help you navigate through your struggles. As a client centered and culturally aware psychotherapist, I focus on helping you identify your strengths by finding the right treatment modalities for your problems. By working together, we can identify your goals in the direction you want and create positive changes in your life.
I specialize in treating trauma related problems, anxiety, depression, and I have experience working with people who have substance use problems, chemical and behavioral addiction issues, self harm, anger management, OCD and ADHD. I always take the systems you are in into consideration while providing treatment to you.
I use an integrated approach and a polyvagal perspective to treat your specific problems. I am a trained EMDR therapist and I use EMDR, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness after carefully assessing you and identifying your needs. I believe in the therapeutic alliance, and I look forward to working with you. For video sessions, you have to be in MA.
