About
I am a licensed psychologist with extensive experience treating disordered eating and body image concerns, trauma, social anxiety, self-esteem issues, issues related to family of origin, relationship concerns, career concerns, and mood disorders. I meet my clients with curiosity, warmth, and openness, and will work to create a space where we can partner together in pursuit of your growth. I believe therapy works best when we harness your inner strength and agency through increased self-reflection, self-compassion, and positive coping.
I use a psychodynamic lens to help you gain insight into your current patterns, and further incorporate strategies from CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you change behaviors that no longer serve you so you can alleviate stress, enhance relationships, and better care for yourself and others.
The decision to seek therapy can feel challenging and vulnerable, so please reach out if you are curious about the process or whether we would be a good fit!
