I specialize in working with college students and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, loss, relationship challenges, and trauma. I have worked in the mental health field for eight years, working in college counseling, community mental health, and four years now in private practice.
I practice psychotherapy from an integrative approach, incorporating humanistic, psychodynamic, and strength-based orientations. I believe that lasting change begins with a sense of emotional safety and unconditional positive regard in a relationship that allows for examining painful experiences in one’s life.
The events since 2020 have presented incomprehensible challenges to our way of life, the way we think about the world, and the way we see ourselves in it.
