My background includes over 15 years in Human Resources, where I saw how deeply workplace dynamics can affect mental and emotional health. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families as they untangle what feels heavy, rediscover their strengths, and move toward clarity, resilience, and meaning.

I help individuals and families work through stress, trauma, grief, and the places where life feels stuck. In our work together, I create a safe, supportive environment and integrate Person-Centered, EFT, CBT, Interpersonal, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-based approaches to nurture healing and lasting growth.
