I am a therapist licensed in WI but also provide mental health coaching nationwide via telehealth. As a South Asian clinician, I honor Muslim, Asian and those seeking culturally sensitive care. My practice emphasizes resiliency. We feel anxious/triggered when we put a up a fight of what we want life to be against what life really is. I believe in supporting clients discover who they are so they can identify their limits and, within, learn to be open to life. Trauma, like physical growth, comes with growing pains. I try my best to help clients find acceptance and skills to hold space for their boundaries in the discomfort of life.
I am trained in CBT, DBT and EMDR. I value exploring childhood experiences, attachment patterns and trauma in my practice as this understanding helps build secure connection, healthier boundaries, and an authentic self. My therapy style is direct and pragmatic with care, and I work collaboratively with clients.
