I work with both couples and individuals. Are you experiencing issues that seem unsolvable? Has there been a breach of trust? Is there’s a major life transition happening such as a marriage, a birth of child, a move, a new job, or a personal loss that is throwing your relationship off balance? Perhaps you want better communication, deeper connection, or a more fulfilling sex life. The pain caused by a lack of openness and connection in relationships can affect all areas of our lives. Therapy can help. I work with all genders, orientations, and configurations.
My work is influenced by Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment theory and somatic psychotherapies. Often it is through our closest relationships that we experience our highest highs and our lowest lows. Connection is a basic need and one that greatly impacts our life. I will support you to move through the hurdles to connection.
I work with you to supports your own innate wisdom and wholeness. You are likely coming into therapy because you are in pain or experiencing longing for things to be different and you may be having difficulty accessing this part of yourself. I will meet you from a place of compassion, non-judgmental awareness, with a focus on present moment.
