I work with children, teens, and adults. My background in teaching allows me to hone in skills to build effective relationships with children and teens. I currently use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients find clarity and relief. Each individual and situation is personal and unique, I am willing to meet your needs.
