Welcome to my site. I hope I can answer your questions so that you can make the best decision for choosing a therapist. Do you get in your own way that keeps you from living more fully & effectively? Do you struggle with trauma; relationship difficulties; feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, insecure, angry; transitions, loss, unresolved grief? Do you find yourself reacting to or doing things that you know are not healthy or helpful for you, your relationships or work? Does your past limit or complicate your present? Do you have challenging experiences as an immigrant or person of color you want help with?
I work collaboratively. Together, we explore what works & doesn't work for you, & what is getting in the way in your life. We'll tune into the totality of your experience, incl. thoughts, feelings, cues from your body, & your life's context. We’ll find what balance of support & challenge is optimal to make desired changes. We will honor what lands for you.
Contact me via e-mail & I will respond to you as soon as possible. Give me a brief statement of what you're struggling with & what you're looking for. Please be sure to indicate what insurance you will use or whether you'll be paying out of pocket. My e-mail server is HIPAA-compliant. I look forward to hearing from you. We'll zoom til in-person is safe.
