Announcement icon To protect us during the pandemic, I meet with all clients via "Zoom for Healthcare." It's HIPPA-compliant, with end-to-end encryption.
Welcome to my site. I hope I can answer your questions & help you make the best decision for choosing a therapist. Do your difficulties get in the way of your ability to live more fully and effectively? Do you struggle with trauma, difficulties in relationships, feeling overwhelmed, shame, anger, transitions, loss, unresolved grief, or low self-esteem? Do you find yourself reacting to or doing things that you know are not healthy or helpful for you, your relationships or work? Does your past limit or complicate your present? And/or, do you have complex experiences as an immigrant or person of color you want to explore?
Together, we’ll explore what works & doesn't work for you; develop more self-attunement, mindfulness, curiosity, self-compassion, & ability to deal with your life. We’ll find what balance of support & challenge is optimal as you make positive changes in your life. You'll learn to be more grounded, at ease, effective, and engaged in your life & relationships.
I work collaboratively, giving feedback & suggestions & honoring your communication. Together, we will recognize, hold, respect, and work through whatever fear, anger, pain, shame, or grief you are experiencing. We may explore different ways of understanding & responding; and access and potentiate your deeper, more effective, freer and more authentic Self.
