I offer a direct, yet non-judgmental approach and look forward to taking this journey with you. Therapy can change us in strong and definitive ways. Using eclectic modalities of psychotherapy, we will work on connecting thoughts, beliefs, emotions and behaviors. We will explore patterns and see how they can be changed. We will examine childhood trauma when appropriate and explore obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your full potential.

As an experienced therapist using a collaborative approach, I provide therapy in a safe and supportive environment. I offer warmth and compassion, with a sprinkle of humor. Take the first step in making a positive change and making yourself a priority.
