If you’re lying awake with a racing mind, waking too early, or worn down despite spending hours in bed, it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you and it doesn’t have to be something you live with. Much of my work focuses on sleep, especially when insomnia, anxiety, or chronic stress begin to bleed into daily life and affect mood, focus, and relationships. Rather than looking at sleep in isolation, I take a broader view, exploring how stress, emotions, relationships, and daily habits interact with rest. Together, we work to understand what’s keeping the cycle going and take practical, supported steps toward lasting change.
My clinical focus includes sleep and insomnia, depression, and anxiety. I’ve also received specialized training in CBT-I, an evidence-based approach for chronic sleep difficulties. I aim to make our work reflective, while also practical and focused on meaningful change.
My goal is to create a space that feels grounded and collaborative, where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself. I want to help you reconnect with your capacity, and to feel supported as you do so. If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right next step, that’s okay.
