My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, however, I integrate various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and person-centered therapy, to tailor the treatment to meet the specific needs of each client based on their unique experiences, cultural background, and goals. Trained in Gottman Method level 1 & 2.
I firmly believe that each individual possesses the innate ability to heal and thrive, and I am honored to be a facilitator of that process.
