Clients find relief from anxiety & rumination, compulsive behavior, interpersonal stress, career concerns and "feeling stuck." I can help you to effectively navigate stressful transitions.
Approaches include: Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed and trained; L1 IFSI, SS-IFSCA). EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDRIA certified). Attachment, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness Based Relationship Enhancement. Neurofeedback. Brainspotting. Mind/body clinic experience with chronic illness, grief/loss.
Since 2004, I've worked with a diverse population of adults, and college students, faculty & staff. Expertise in family/couple/partner dynamics, recovery & prodependency, workplace challenges, conflict resolution.
