Good day! I'm Stephanie McKenny, owner of Awakening Your Life, LLC. I'm looking forward to working together with you to help you rediscover, revitalize and reset your life. I understand that life creates many experiences for all of us. Some of those experiences may have been difficult for you to handle. Therapy with me will allow YOU to process those experiences in a healthy, confidential and non-judgmental space. Assessments as well as usage of a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Person Centered to name a few will help you to process your concerns. I'm truly excited about being able to serve you in your time of need. I've had experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, anger management, relational issues, building self-esteem and confidence, trauma, and grief. I enjoy working with older teens, young adults, and adults.
