At Awaken Counseling, our team of three clinicians (Rochelle Schwartz, LPC, LMHC is not accepting new clients) works with teens and adults seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. Ebonie Henderson, LCSW (WA & OR clients) and Dr. Maria Williams, LPC, LMHC (WA clients) provide compassionate, strengths-based, evidence-based care to help you build coping skills, process experiences, and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
Ebonie helps teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions using CBT, SFT, and EMDR to build skills and support lasting change.
Dr. Williams, fluent in Spanish, supports clients with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and substance use, using evidence-based care and assessments to build insight, resilience, and growth.
