I believe strongly in the power of healing though creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your unique experience. My goal is to help you connect with your innate inner strengths, deepen self-understanding and insight, and to build skills that foster healing and resilience. My clients describe me as open, engaging, and caring. I'm here to meet you where you're at. I'm licensed in CA and OR and offer virtual sessions as well as in-person (Portland, OR).

I have 15 years of experience supporting people struggling with a range of concerns: gender and sexuality, chronic illness, navigating life transitions, anxiety and depression, trauma, and substance use. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to EMDR, because each person deserves a unique treatment plan.
