My focus includes trauma-informed therapy for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals. I predominantly work with adolescents and young adults. I utilize evidence-based, affirming practices to support my clients in processing trauma, regulating mood instability, improving relationships, coping with life transitions, and building confidence in themselves. For folx that may benefit from something a bit different than traditional talk therapy, I like to incorporate a variety of activities to support the therapeutic process. This can include walk and talk or outdoor therapy, art, play, and EMDR.
I believe our neurotype, identities, and experiences shape us and how we move through the world. Through a neurodivergent affirming lens, I incorporate narrative therapy, DBT, EMDR, and parts work to guide clients in telling their stories, processing past experiences, and building skills for the future.
I am passionate about providing affirming, person-centered care to help individuals meet their goals, establish a strong sense of self, and live a fulfilling life. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to feel seen and heard as their true selves. Starting therapy and finding the right fit can be challenging, feel free to reach out with any questions
