About
I help adults transform their lives by focusing on improving their relationships, their emotional well being, and following through on what brings them a sense of meaning. Working together we will identify steps for honoring boundaries and developing self-trust. Going to therapy is one way to move your life in the direction you want. With support and a greater understanding of the mind/body, it is possible to shift your focus onto what is working in your life, what is in your control, and see where you have choices.
Learning to pay attention, non-judgmentally, to your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations allows for new perspectives and creative solutions to emerge. The way you talk and think about yourself greatly impacts your motivation, mood, energy, and well being. Compassion can lead to a greater sense of connection and belonging.
Email me if you are interested in scheduling an appointment, it is the best way to reach me.
