I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California with a holistic approach that tailors clinical interventions to each client’s unique needs. My primary practice is in psychodynamic therapy, complemented by elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and family systems therapy. I work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, and bereavement, and I maintain an affirmative and nonjudgmental stance in working with LGBTQ+ individuals.
In my sessions, I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. My communication style is collaborative and client-centered, meaning I actively listen and engage with clients to understand their unique perspectives and experiences.
