Humans are not meant to operate alone. The expression "it takes a village" exists for a reason. In this group, we commit to offering one another unconditional acceptance and hearing each others' stories, triumphs and struggles non-judgmentally. Group members can each bring a daily topic/struggle to the group and ask for emotional support/validation and/or problem solving/advice from the group. This is a safe non-judgmental place to seek support and connection from a warm, supportive community.

Do you struggle with Body Image? You are not alone. We will be using the "Feeling Good About the Way You Look" Workbook to work through these struggles in a safe supportive environment of likeminded peers.

If you answered yes to these questions this group may be for you! In the group we will provide and receive post-breakup support in a compassionate & non-judgementalsetting. You will also develop evidence-based tools to manage healing roadblocks, unwanted emotions, & self-criticism. Participants will be granted an opportunity to Practice solution-focused strategies rooted in CBT & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
