We all have our blind spots, our unconscious obstructions, traumas and repressions, left in the dark corners of the psyche. These may bring about great suffering for reasons unknown to us. Together, in a safe, open minded space, we will explore what it is that is holding you back from your goals and growth. We will work towards finding more autonomy, authenticity and freedom. We will nourish the ground upon which you may bloom to your full potential.
I find that the foundation of the therapeutic process is in the connection between the therapist and the client. I aim to facilitate a safe space and a trusting relationship with you, in which all aspects of the human experience can be explored; nothing is taboo, and all that arises is accepted.
With my background in music, I ask questions with an open heart and mind, and make space for that which is beyond words. As an immigrant, I understand the many challenges that arise from being in an unfamiliar place, far from home, or feeling alienated from the dominant culture for any variety of reasons. I am fluent in Hebrew and practice bilingual therapy.
