As a former tv writer, I get how stories can help or harm. Stories shape our realities, not the other way around. Together, we can rewrite a story that respects and honors your efforts so far, and makes the life you want come into sharper focus. As someone raised in two countries, I also get how tricky it is to navigate differing cultural messages.
I work with teens, adults, & couples on problems of all kinds. My interests include entertainment industry-issues, attachment issues, belonging, & gender identity.
