Take a slow, deep breath. It's okay not to know exactly what you want out of therapy. My job is to help you cultivate the ability to communicate with your inner being and essence to understand yourself more. Through this process your needs and goals will become apparent and we will create a plan for how to move forward. I'm not going to lie, Therapy is not easy - but it is fulfilling in so many ways. My clients are motivated for positive change and put the work in to reap the fruits of their labor. My clients want to change their lives for the better - I am here to help guide them along their path. I love utilizing humor in growth.
As a therapist, I pride myself in seeing you as a whole person beyond just the 'issue' that you are coming to therapy for. We don't live in vacuums, we are part of circles and communities. These environments have a real effect on our well-being. EMDR and CBT are great tools in unlocking your inner potentials and moving through difficulty.
