Getting to know these patterns within the family, community, and ecological contexts we are living through can empower people towards more agency and living in alignment with their values. I work best with other humans seeking justice and liberation, and many of my clients are community organizers, care workers, poly couples, and trans folks.
My background in movement organizing, somatic experiencing, death/grief work, and systemic thinking means our work will hold focus around how to gather knowledge from the body and natural world as resources, places that many people have had rupture and disconnection.
