Our Team
I am a board-certified clinical psychologist providing therapy for adults and couples who want to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in their daily lives. A central focus of my practice is helping people navigate major life transitions—career changes, breakups or shifts in relationships, moves to new cities, changes in health, or periods of uncertainty about what comes next. Others are simply looking for a better understanding of themselves and the patterns that keep showing up. I provide services in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
