In my work as a couples therapist, I strive to truly hear and honor the diverse perspectives within a relationship. These therapeutic spaces can become places of understanding, where we shed some of our armoring, gain insight, and develop greater capacity to navigate challenges together.
I specialize exclusively in couples therapy and relationship challenges. Using the Gottman Method alongside other evidence-informed approaches, including Pragmatic Experiential Couples Therapy (PET-C), I support couples and individuals committed to bringing their best selves to their hardest moments.
