Many of us keep struggles hidden for too long, unsure where to turn or what the future holds. Stress, anxiety, depression, and existential angst often hold us back from living fully. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship with each client, focusing on the ‘here and now’ to deepen both intrapersonal and interpersonal experiences. I also work with couples, helping them move from conflict to connection. My aim is to help you grow, open up in cherished relationships, and live aligned with your values. While I aim to get you out of therapy as soon as possible, I care about you for life, and many clients reach out years later.
We will collaborate to find an approach that aligns with your strengths and addresses your specific challenges. My practice integrates a variety of therapeutic methods, including CBT, IFS, ACT, ERP, Gottman Therapy, EFT, and Existential Therapy. Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with all these terms—I’ll meet you where you are and guide you forward.
