I work with high achievers, athletes, coaches, and people who are used to being the one who has it all together, until they're not. Together, we dig into what could be driving the burnout, the perfectionism, or the anxiety underneath the surface, and use that to find your path and embrace the climb.
My approach is direct, practical, and built to work for you. You need a partner who will challenge you when it's useful, ask questions you might be avoiding, and help you move forward with purpose. My specialty areas include sports performance, life transitions, and anxiety. My caseload is mainly, but not solely, comprised of teens and young adults.
