I’m happy you’re here! As a therapist, I feel grateful to do what I love—being a safe, supportive person you can talk to about mental health and life’s challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and validated. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults, while also enjoying supporting individuals across the lifespan. I currently work with clients ages 6 and up. I support individuals with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm and suicidal ideation, OCD, ADHD, anger, school-related challenges, family conflict, and teenage issues.
My approach is holistic and centered on meeting you where you are. I use a strength-based and trauma-informed lens and draw from a variety of approaches, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. We will start by getting to know you, then choose approaches that best support your goals.
