Seeking therapy can intimidating, but tackling the stress that our home lives brings us alone is a difficult task. I understand that therapy is a unique and occasionally awkward experience so I want to tackle this process with my clients with honesty and humor. If you are struggling with anxiety, negative self image, or a difficult family or relationship and need a space to build confidence and strength then I would be happy to work with you. I love working with clients to help them build a deeper understanding and love for themselves and invite everyone in my office to be their most genuine self.

I come from a collaborative perspective, meaning I want to work together with you and your values to shape treatment in a way that works best for your needs. I believe therapy offices are brave spaces where we can challenge ourselves to grow with the comfort of boundaries.
