About
Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it" - Tori Amos. I work with various client populations (individuals, couples, families, children) with emotional, behavioral, relational, and mental health struggles. My therapy style is open, genuine, accepting, nonjudgmental, honest, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic with humor and honesty. I have an extensive history of working with both trauma and substance abuse.
As a licensed therapist I help to improve client's lives and relationships within different contexts. I have a New Jersey Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) clinical license as well as a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol (LCADC) license.
At this time I am only offering Telehealth appointments. Please feel free to call or e-mail me for booking or questions.
