Change can be hard sometimes, but also rewarding and empowering. I am always honored to be a part of each client’s change process. Our collaborative work will focus on your hopes, goals, and the tools you already have to help you achieve them. We will identify unhelpful thoughts and patterns and work to restructure them to your benefit.
My experience includes work with queer/trans issues, PTSD, burnout, substance abuse, and neurodivergence. I do not conduct assessments for ADHD/Autism at this time. I use an integrative approach that focuses on presence, the mind-body connection, personal strengths, and accountability. Clients usually find my style to be relaxed, conversational, and direct.
Together, we will build a supportive environment using your strengths as a foundation for self exploration and growth. I look forward to hearing from you.
