As a counselor, I am passionate about working with adults and young adults through trauma, life-transitions, spiritual and religious concerns, depression and anxiety, and body image issues. I enjoy seeing my clients reach their health and wellness goals, grow in resilience, and expand their capacity for self-compassion. I also incorporate a holistic wellness model into my treatment plans as I believe it allows the clients to successfully reach their goals, be more present in their daily life all while living a balanced life.
I strive to provide each client with a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment allowing the client to explore and express their thoughts and feelings authentically. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and cared for. As your counselor, I want to equip you with the proper tools and care to interact with your story and pursue transformation.
