I seek to aid others in navigating the gray areas of life and all that encompasses. I believe that as humans, discomfort is inevitable, however suffering is not, and I hope to help clients create the safety and security within themselves to reduce suffering. I have found great joy in creating a compassionate, creative, and collaborative space to engage in this work with clients. As a naturally curious person, it is my goal to invite all the parts of you to be seen, heard, and attended to in the therapeutic space. I approach counseling from a humanistic perspective and incorporate parts work in my therapeutic style.
I work with clients who may be experiencing Eating Disorders, OCD, Anxiety and related disorders, as well as working through identity formation and transitional periods of life. I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ adolescents and young adults and those with religious trauma as part of their story.
It is my greatest honor to engage in meaningful, intentional work to improve the lives of others while creating a safe environment to facilitate growth and healing. It is my goal to walk alongside you through the gray areas of life to achieve a more balanced state of living and find peace in the in-between.
