I will work with you to gain clarity, change dysfunctional patterns, and increase your self-confidence. I offer EMDR and body-based/somatic, mindfulness, and IFS-inspired individual therapy to adults. I use evidence-based therapies proven to help you integrate past trauma and shift unhelpful patterns that may have kept you feeling stuck or unable to change, even after years of talk therapy. I can see you virtually or in-person in Clackamas.
