Our experience as human beings is complex. It has the power to leave some feeling disempowered and desperate to establish a new relationship with their internal world that grants them freedom from distress. As a dedicated therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients navigate the intricacies of ailments such as anxiety, low self esteem, OCD, identity concerns, and trauma. My work is grounded in evidence-based techniques like ERP, EMDR, and parts work that are tailored to meet each client's unique needs. I believe that when clients have a growth mindset and are willing to connect with themselves in new ways, magic can happen.
I don't just want to help my clients gain coping skills but to also develop a transformed way of connecting with themselves. I strive to help them to live a life in line with their values where they have learned how to navigate ups and downs, have a true POWER over their internal world, and can love themselves through each part of their healing journey.
My goal in working with anyone is to have them end therapy feeling seen, more empowered, better functioning, and overall happier. Being able to facilitate the therapeutic process in which changed my life, is one of the greatest joys, passions, and purpose of my life.
