I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns they want to change. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can explore these experiences together, build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change while honoring each person's values and unique life story.
I provide a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that integrates mindfulness and evidence-based practices such as CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and relationship concerns. I use the Gottman Method to help couples strengthen communication and connection.
