I believe healing happens in the space between shadow and light. Many of us carry untold stories, unspoken griefs, and fractured parts of self that long to be seen. My work as a therapist is to help you find language for what feels ineffable, to hold paradox without judgment, and to accompany you on the path from pain into possibility. Clients often describe me as both deeply attuned and unafraid to step into hard places with them. I see therapy as a sacred container — one where we can weave together resilience, grief, identity, and hope in ways that honor both your wounds and your wisdom.

We have a cozy counseling space located in the heart of Midtown Sacramento.

I practice integrative, relational therapy that blends EFT, AEDP, narrative, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches. I help clients re-author stories, connect body and mind, and honor both wounds and resilience. For many, therapy becomes a ritual space to hold grief, reclaim belonging, and rediscover the sacred thread of life.
