I specialize in trauma recovery and PTSD, stress management, sleep health and insomnia, life transitions, work or school stress, relationship and family dynamics, as well as cultural identity and intergenerational challenges. I am trained in CBT-I, Polyvagal, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Relational Cultural Therapy.
