About

Are you feeling like no one understands you, unable to effectively communicate your thoughts and feelings, and tired of faking it until you make it? Well, you've made the first step in the change process, asking for help. Therapy, like rain, should be gentle enough to nourish your growth without destroying your roots. Choosing me as your therapist you'll get an experienced clinician. One who has worked with children, adolescents, and adults suffering with both mental health and addictive disorders. My knowledge of ASAM criteria, Trauma-focus- CBT, and CBT therapy, has led me to having great success in being a catalyst for change.
Mastering the field of social work through education, work, and real-life situations has afforded me an opportunity to build a legacy of mentorship, empowerment, and resilience.
I'm here when you're ready.
