My practice is especially guided by multicultural, relational, somatic, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive therapy frameworks. And in relationship/couples sessions, I am guided by Emotion-focused therapy (EFT).
My practice gives space to celebrate, grieve, and reflect on your past, present, and future. No matter the topics you’re exploring, I aim to create a space for individuals, couples, and relationships to comfortably and openly share their thoughts, desires, emotions, and experiences.
