If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past experiences, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I support children, teens, and adults who feel stuck in old patterns - especially those navigating anxiety, transitions, grief, or trauma (including abuse). Whether you’re a teen struggling with peer relationships, an adult carrying the weight of unspoken pressure or unresolved pain, or a parent noticing relational patterns carry through generations, therapy with me is a place to safely explore and heal.

My approach is psychodynamic and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based practices that help you explore how early messages and unconscious patterns shape the way you think, feel, and relate to others. While this is my foundation, I thoughtfully integrate tools from other modalities, like CBT, based on your unique needs and goals.

Therapy with me is straightforward, supportive, and grounded in trust. You don’t have to explain everything perfectly or have it all figured out - I’ll meet you where you are. My goal is to help you feel understood, not judged, and to give you the tools and insight you need to make meaningful, lasting change.
