Pandemic Loss and Collective Grief
VIRTUAL- Talking about COVID can feel impossible in a world eager to move on. We're grieving not only those we’ve lost & the trust we once had in our communities. This is a space to share those truths, to honor the grief & the anger, & to process the collective loss of life, safety, & the way we used to be. This group may be right for you if you are mourning the “before times”, living with grief, anger, or isolation around the ongoing pandemic, processing trauma from mass death & systemic neglect. This is a closed 8-week group for facilitated discussion, community connection, & mutual support.

Anticipatory Grief and Caregiving
VIRTUAL-Caring for an aging or ill parent can be an act of love, but it can also be overwhelming. Balancing responsibilities, navigating medical systems, & holding this emotional weight can leave you burnt out. This is a space to step away from the constant giving. Share openly with others who understand the unique challenges of caregiving: the guilt, the grief, the exhaustion, & the quiet resilience it takes to keep going. This group may be right for you if you are providing care for an aging or ill parent, feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, isolated in your role, struggling with guilt, grief, or resentment alongside love & duty.

Medical Professional Burnout
VIRTUAL-Medical professionals carry exhaustion, long hours, & the physical & mental toll. Often, the deepest grief is the hardest to name. This group creates space for the harder conversations, with peers who truly understand, those who have been there, who know what you mean, & who carry many of the same stories. Your experiences are real & they matter. This group may be right for you if you are frontline medical, carrying the physical & emotional toll of your work, seeking a safe place to share what can’t always be said on shift, wanting connection and solidarity with others in the field
