I am curious and personable clinician who values humor and connection with her clients. She creates a safe and nonjudgmental space where the client's voice can be heard and uplifted throughout life's hardships. I utilizes a variety of frameworks, such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic approach, and a Strengths-Based approach, to properly meet the client where they are at and individualize the services. I feel I mesh well with adults who are seeking assistance in navigating changes.
At Neurowellness I am able to perform neurofeedback sessions in addition to traditional therapy there as well as at Ellie.
I have immersed myself into studies on numerous topics. I aim to can create a non-judgmental space for any individual and always searches for new ways to empower my clients. I have completed courses on disordered eating interventions, introductions to play therapy, neurofeedback, DBT, cognitive processing therapy, and many more.
In my free time, I love to work out, spend too much time at thrift stores, binge comedy specials, and attempt to complete any arts and craft project at hand! I love to hear about my client's interests and passions to find a common ground of connection.
