I enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds. Working with a diverse population has allowed me to understand that people have unique life-goals and hopes for the future. Each story holds layers of meaning-moments of hope, gain, growth and persistence. I work with people who feel that parts of their story have been overtaken by struggle, self-doubt, or old narratives that no longer fit. My ideal clients are individuals who are curious about understanding their life through new perspectives and who sense there's more to their story than what they've been told or come to believe.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, creativity/perfectionism, burnout, stress, interpersonal relationships, spirituality, identity exploration, shame and young adults adjusting to adulthood and more.
Everyone's story matters, including yours. If you're feeling ready to rediscover your story and move toward a life that aligns with your values and hopes, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Together we'll explore the threads of meaning that connect your past, present and future-and help you write the next chapter with intention and care.

A typical course of therapy begins with getting to know you—your experiences, what matters to you, and what you hope might change. From there, we'll co-create a flexible plan that reflects your goals and evolves as you do.

I approach therapy as a collaborative, respectful process where your voice and lived experience are central. Drawing from narrative and collaborative therapies, I see you as the expert in your own life—not as a problem to be fixed, but as a person with a story that deserves to be understood, honored, and, when needed, re-authored.
