My specialty is intimacy disorders including sex/love addiction & avoidance. Bad relationships can ruin your life & your happiness; however, relationships can be turned around. When addiction is present, the chances of real intimacy are small. Love addiction is a powerful & debilitating disorder that is very serious & potentially life threatening. We treat intimacy disorders with professionally facilitated groups. Our groups have CSAT facilitators. Our staff are trained by Pia Mellody & Patrick Carnes, PhD. We provide individual, group and intensives for partner betrayal trauma, sex addiction, love addiction, developmental trauma & codependence.
I am recovering alcoholic, sober 31 yrs and a recovering love addict, sober 29 yrs. And I'm very familiar with the pain of addiction, betrayal & childhood trauma.
